I had already decided I wanted a healthier lifestyle when I met Cheri, I had joined a gym and was doing cardio and watching what I ate.  I had been fit in my past and wanted to once again have the energy to play with my kids at the park and keep up with them hiking.  I also wanted to learn once and for all what I needed to put in my body for lasting health.  I stared with Cheri and committed myself to a 30-day detox and strength training.  I followed exactly what she said, and I had amazing results with body fat reduction and increased energy.  I continued to work with Cheri for another year and years later continue to live a much healthier and balanced lifestyle.
