My experience with Cheri has exceeded all my expectations! She has helped identify nutritional deficiencies and health issues, and helped to correct them through diet changes. What I love most about Cheri is that she opens my eyes to a variety of diet opportunities and ideas as opposed to making me feel restricted. She has even assisted me in shopping for the right items. She is so encouraging and empathetic, and I love her thorough approach to improving my nutritional health. Her background in Personal Training is a bonus as well!
